Had fun last night. Tooling around the Central Market. Picking out dinner of the various restraunts of Lower Greenville. Covertly sneaking into the belly dancer room. Cramming giggling girls into a single bathroom. Liquered Coffees at the hearth of the fire place of Ozonas. Shots and Karoke at Spankee’s. Belting out “Blue” (LeeAnn Rimes) with all I had. And when it all came to an end, I was proud to be a Canadian!
“I’ve seen fire and I’ve seen rain
I’ve seen sunny days that I thought would never end
I’ve seen lonely times when I could not find a friend
But I always thought that I’d see you again”
“When you’re down and troubled
and you need a helping hand
and nothing, whoa nothing is going right.
Close your eyes and think of me
and soon I will be there
to brighten up even your darkest nights.”
“I always tell the girls never take it seriously. If you never take it seriously then you never get hurt. If you never get hurt then you always have fun, and if you ever get lonely you can just go to the record store and visit your friends.”
