“Nobody Likes Me”

Peter Gremett

Peter Gremett

“Everybody likes you. Nobody likes me.”

He went on to explain how he felt like since I’d been around social dynamics had changed… that people like me, but they don’t like him anymore.

I felt bad. I told him that I didn’t think that was true.
I told him I thought he’s a nice guy.

It’s weeks later and I have finally come to my senses. It’s time I stop feeling sorry for him.

Turns out, he was right. People don’t like him.

But that had nothing to do with me.

Now, after acting on his peer-rejection based jealousy towards me people really don’t like him.

I thought he was a nice guy. Oh well, I was wrong.
